At Smel, we want you to feel confident in your beauty routine; if you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Smel account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
